Grand Flower Balloon Bouquet

We use premium PVC clear balloons for our flower balloons. That minimizes the possibility of popping and deflation. However, PVC balloons are still a type of balloon. They will pop if you do not care for them properly. 

To maximize the duration of your flower balloon:

• make sure no direct sunlight hits the balloon for more than 2 hours
• do not poke the balloon with your fingers and or with sharp objects
• prevent from dropping the balloon
• no direct ac/ heat source near the balloon

We do not offer any refunds or returns once the order has been placed. If you have any questions or would like to clarify a matter, please contact us through our contact page or through our Instagram!

We offer exchanges if the order has defects. We take photos and videos of the order before delivery or pickup to ensure our products are to your and our standards. Please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving the order for any exchanges. This is enough time for you to spot any defects. After 30 minutes, we will not allow for any exchanges. 

After the order has been placed, we will contact you with the information provided. We recommend either a phone number or email that you use frequently so we can contact you in a timely matter. 

Since our balloons and bouquets are handmade, we require at least a week's notice so we can get your order in by the preferred date.

If you are looking to place an order with less than a week's notice, we will have to check to see if we have space in our schedule and you will be subjected to a rush order fee.

We require a week's notice to plan and create your order. By selecting 'yes' for your rush order, you're subjected to a $5 rush order fee.

If you select 'yes' for a rush order and have noted down the date you'd like to receive the balloon order, we will contact you to reconfirm the date.

If the date is unavailable, we will discuss the next possible time to reschedule.
