After purchase, we will contact you by the number or email provided. We will discuss and design the bouquet, wrapping, and have you choose the style of lettering and fonts!
 
Through custom designs, we require a week's notice so please have a date ready and provide us with a direct means of contact so we can efficiently communicate.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each and every balloon is made by order.

    If you notice something with the balloon (mistakes/ deflation) you are allowed up to (1) free redo on this condition:

    • Contact us within 30 mins of pickup and or delivery time.

  • Our Artificial flower balloons are made from artificial flowers encased in a clear balloon. 

    To keep the balloon safe:

    • keep away from sharp objects
    • do not drop the balloon
    • do not shake or swing the balloon
    • keep it away from extreme temperatures (ie// direct sunlight for over 1 hour or beside a furnace)
