If you notice something with the balloon (mistakes/ deflation) you are allowed up to (1) free redo on this condition:
- Contact us within 30 mins of pickup and or delivery time.
Our Artificial flower balloons are made from artificial flowers encased in a clear balloon.
To keep the balloon safe:
- keep away from sharp objects
- do not drop the balloon
- do not shake or swing the balloon
- keep it away from extreme temperatures (ie// direct sunlight for over 1 hour or beside a furnace)
